An old friend of mine -- Moose -- had a strange tradition while driving home from our high school so many years ago: when we passed by a particular intersection in the more prestigious half of Shorewood, he'd turn up the speakers and blast this tune. Much fun was had trying to match lyrics, and we even botched some of them in the process. Let me assure you, I was fairly embarrased when I found out that he isn't saying I've got more rhymes than Nirvana's got songs!

Now, this particular version of House of Pain's classic, as far as I'm aware, isn't the original. It opens up a little differently than you might expect, but otherwise it's the same exact song. I'm not sure whether that classifies this as an entirely different mix or not, but for the sake of this release, I'm not going to consider it an entirely new remix. The interesting thing is that several online music stores have this particular version as the music you hear when you opt to sample track 2 from the 1992 release House of Pain. At the same time, several other online music stores play a slightly less intense version (with the classic intro most people remember). What do you think?
