A few years ago, I traveled to Virginia to visit some friends in an annual party the held called KainCon. During this gathering, I was introduced to the music of Ridge Racer Type 4 by the host and his friends. While Naked Glow was the most popular song at the time, I later purchased the album and found quite a few fantastic songs.

Unlike the other tune from R4, lucid rhythms, Eat ‘Em Up had me reminiscing about days spent playing Pac-Man games across a dozen platforms. Memories aside, the song’s remix was solid and thoroughly enjoyable, as well! I had trouble choosing which song from the Namco R4 Sound Team to include into Plaguemix Two, so I included two!

It wasn’t until I was nearly done with this song that I decided to enter it into DDREI’s Tournamix Three. There, it held shaky ground and managed to place 1st in the public Standard vote.
